Calculating Cost
The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the order, chosen shipping method and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout in your shopping cart.

Delivery Time
When ordering Dolcetti please keep in mind we bake from scratch, Dolcetti take 24 hrs to prepare and we will ship your order immediately after packaging. The delivery time varies with the chosen shipping method and shipping destination. Based on these factors, the website will automatically determine the shipping methods available. This will be shown in the Shipping section of the checkout process.

USPS Priority Mail®
Packages are shipped from Walnut Creek or Oakland, CA, USA and the delivery time is typically 1 to 3 business days* for a USA destination. This shipping method comes with basic tracking information. International shipping not availble for this item.

Note: This shipping method allows PO Box addresses.

Returns and Exchanges
If you for any reason are not happy with your purchase please send us an email at daniele@dolcetticookies.com within 5 days of delivery. We will accept return only of unopened packages. Shipping costs, unfortunately, are not refundable.
