Dolcetti are delicious soft-baked pure nut cookies

Inspired by an old Italian recipe, we got the idea of baking cookies using finely ground nuts instead of flour.  We have come up with our own method of milling nuts without heating them, to obtain a smooth and nutritious dough.  Our process does not require any added oils or fats.  In fact, Dolcetti are completely flourless and dairy free. We believe in creating cookies with a very short list of ingredients, and the best part is that you will recognize them all. Finally, Dolcetti do NOT contain any:

WHEAT – GLUTEN – DAIRY – CHOLESTEROL – PRESERVATIVES – OILS
ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS – SOY PRODUCTS – TRANS FATS
